Rich didn't come to yoga looking for peace. He came because his body was asking him to listen. After a quarter-century of military service and a Parkinson's diagnosis that could have stopped him in his tracks, he chose a different path, one breath, one movement, one mindful moment at a time.

Today, Rich is living proof that a mindful life isn't a luxury. It's medicine.
